What plants are truly aquatic?

Green Hygro

Hygrophila polysperma (green hygro, Indian hygro)
Spreads like a weed. Green under medium light, but gets brownish tinge (and grows larger) in high light. Sunset and variegated varieties are available, but harder to grow.
